As mentioned earlier, we are pleased to present the second part of the Sugar Mill renovation project.

In this phase, we present new modern residential buildings, thoughtfully designed to complement the overall aesthetic of the project. The new buildings follow the same architectural style and blend gracefully with the original elements of the factory.

Also warehouses buildings have been increased in height and transformed into a brewery with a visitor area, while retaining the charm of the original architecture.Meticulous attention to detail keeps the essence of the project intact and captures the rich heritage and history of the sugar mill.

Our design team worked tirelessly to breathe new life into the project while carefully preserving its roots. The result is a truly remarkable transformation.
